SA node- located in the right atrium- most rapid rate of depolarization . “pacemaker of the heart” connected by the gap junctions to all the other cells it sets the pace.
If the SA node were taken out then the another node would take over.

Right Atrium ... Sinoatrial rules out ventricles ... and it refers to where the blood first enters the heart ... so it is the right side
