It is called Wicca not Wiccanism.
There are many books but I caution you that because the belief system is somewhat trendy there are many "experts" who have no idea what they doing.
A lot of eclectic shops have ads for discussion groups. Maybe this is a good place for you to start.
My entire family is Wiccan and our understanding includes the fact that there is no leader of the faith and that no one controls.
If you find yourself in that situation then you may need to find other person.
I practise alone but with my family when I see them.

try Barnes and Noble... I used to work for the company so I know they have books on it... try Drawing down the Moon and Sabbats. Those are good starting books!
