how do i sell my hamsters, i am so attached to them, i would like them to go to great homes, anyone know of a shelter i could take them to.

i started out with 2. i thought they were both girls but, i was wrong, they had babies, i seperated them, bu aparently i am not very good at telling what they are. then babies had babies, babies babies had babies, and they all sortof came from themself. so now i have about thirty (30) and that is tooooo many.

Animal Welfare League, if you have any near you.
they are a no-kill shelter, we got our dog and one of our guinea pigs from there. they care very much for the animals by what we've seen of the volunteers there.
there's one in Chicago and Chicago Ridge if you live in Illinois.

PETSMART is the best place to take them to. I've seen the way PETSMART takes care of their hamsters. They feed them, play with them, hold them around the store, and clean out their cages really nicely. In fact I'm getting a Dwarf Hamster there. They even use some of their own products for the hamsters. Like little tiny sleeping igloos for them.

so dont sell them to a shop. keep them as long as u can and give or sell them one by one either to good people that you know or who will come and will listen to your advice or simply will give u the impression that the hamster will be in good hands. hamsters will come with all necessary advice and you can asure the people they can ask any questions when not sure later. than you will not have to say "oh, how can i tell that my babies are well and safe?"

O.K, Petunia, decide if you want to sell them--or put them in a shelter..... IF you want to sell them put and add in the news paper... If you want to dump them in a shelter... Just take them there and give them (the Shelter) about $30.00 and forget it.

petsmart it make sure that family is going to take care of them sooooooooooooooooo srry about u having to give them away
