Will this completely mess up the results? Will it still give me my 'random' blood sugar level or would that have been a different test?

After 4 hours, I don't think it will have a serious effect on the sugar test, since sacarose tends to go high and low pretty fast. But it will mess up blood pressure tests, because of the caffeine, after 6 or maybe more hours.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Yes, it will. I think you have to fast for those which either means nothing to eat or drink or nothing but water. See what the results say, but you probably will have to get it redone. In the case that you may have high blood sugar, you'd better get used to drinking Diet Coke.

If this was not a fasting blood sugar, you shouldn't worry. If you are not diabetic, the body would have metabolized it in 4 hours.

I'm a diabetic and the best time to check your sugar is before you have eaten or drank anything , but sometimes it can affect your results if you have.

Your test will be invalid. Nothing but water for 8 hours (sometimes 12 depending on instructions) prior to the test.

You will have to try again.

I would ask the Person who is to draw the blood. Tell them or call if you don't want to drive. If the Doctor wrote for a fasting glucose you are screwed for today.

there is a reason they ask you to fast before doing the test
