could an actor act out of the scene

I think it is very possible to laugh because you are bored. The reason I say this is because I have done so in my real life. Sometimes, being at work with the same people saying the same things day after day is extremely boring so just to wake myself up I can find myself acting a bit silly and laughing because the situation is relentlessly ridiculous without letup.

Does this answer your question? Human behavior is a very strange thing - we are capable of many unusual responses.

The important thing is to remember to stay in the moment. Know why your character is laughing. If you are "in character" then you should have no trouble laughing.
Otherwise, have some absurd image that always makes you laugh in mind and think of it at the proper moment.
If you are bored, however, you are probably NOT in the moment of the scene.
