A person cannot "give up" parental rights in child support cases.

A court must order parental rights terminated. And, they will not likely do so unless another person is ready to assume those rights and responsibilities through adoption.

You have been given links to DNA testing info. The court is not required to hear new evidence, i.e., a second DNA test.

Unless you were not married or living together, the child's natural father will probably be irrelevant, but that is a matter for the court to decide. More than one man has been ordered to support children that weren't his.

You should probably consult a local attorney for specific advice.

What is the question? What is wrong with a person signing away all parental rights?

Why should a man have the choice to screw but no other choices in the matter when a woman has several?

I believe that is true.
If you are not a parent to the child by decision and legal paperwork, why would you pay child support?

You can not give away your rights unless the other party agrees to it.

So if the custodial parent agrees that you can do it, then it would be possible.
