I don't think a ballcap is sexy at all. It usually means she is having a bad hair day and throws on a hat.

It really depends, is she naked, or wearing something sexy beside a ballcap?
Men don't care about shoe or headwear, as long a female doesn't have short hair, but is breathing, the ability of sexy is there.

Yes. This look might be more stiking on a lady who has straight hair than curly, but nonetheless, very sexy. On a side note, I also like chokers, but not worn together. The ball cap could always match the eyes too, that would electrify or accentuate the look.
Why is this look appealing? It could be because it makes the woman look younger, or at least more free-spirited and youthful minded. Plus, it puts a suggestive "sports-nut" spin to her personality; or that she gets out and has fun regularly.

no because i mean ballcaps are for the guys. Ballcaps are made for guys. Women have their own kind of hats.

I can't really say it's sexy, but I do give them a second look. A bit of mystery, to what their eyes, hair, and facial features look like. Also if she is wearing a certain type of hat, with a logo/sport team/brand I like, it makes talking to her just a tiny bit easier, and maybe something in common.
