silk screening - essentially ink on fabric, standard t-shirt fare
dye sublimation - essentially ink in the fabric (like a thermal ink jet printer, very high res and photographic)
batik - wax is used to create negative space that is not effected when fabric is dyed
also (but)
iron on transfer - technically, you are not printing onto fabric but printing on to the iron on substrate

Well, there is silk screening, embroidery, cross-stitching, and iron-ons. There is also all sorts of fabric paint that you can use to print on fabric. I hope this helps.
