how do you get the lether to be softer?

let soak in warm water for a couple hours then put them on and walk around a bit... when the start to dry put on some leather oil to soften and so they don't shrink :o) If you wear them till they dry they may become to big. if you don't wear them enough they make shrink.

If shoes are too tight. Take an soak a cotton ball with alcohol. Put it inside the shoe wear it is tight. Soak that area. Remove cotton and walk around in the shoes. Do this until it feels more comfortable.

For one you can get a good quality leather sandal and shouldn't have that problem. Also you can try to break them in because leather does give.

You have to wear them for a couple of weeks or so to get them broke in.
