whats the chances they are being truthful on a scale of 1-10? are they just being polite and caring, or do they actually mean it? i no girls only say it because sometimes thats what they want to hear, but do males bias there answers according to that?

Get a friend to rate you 1-10 what ever you come up with is the likely hood he's telling the truth.
It all depends on how they think you'll handle the truth. If you do your nutt at the very idea of not being one of the pretty people he's gunna lie his *** off.
Other questions like Does my bum look big in this? will also get the answer they think you can best handle.
I hate it when pretty girls ask you when they are just fishing for the right answer.
it also depends on if you are pretty or not. It's alot easier to tell a pretty girl she looks good than it is to tell an ugly girl she's a bit of a pig.
At the end of the day... I assume you are not blind. YOU KNOW WHAT YOU LOOK LIKE.
DON'T ASK UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO DEAL WITH AN ANSWER YOU DIDN'T WANT.

Can depend on the guy. Some will say yes for an easy life but most of the time they will be telling the truth. Well thats how it is for me.

It really depends on if they think your pretty or not if they do then they are going to tell the truth if not they may be putting the best face on it but really thats just too varied a question to answer

I think that's an uncomfortable position to put someone in. What if someone asked you if they were pretty? and what if they weren't? What would you say? Would you tell them the truth and face the ramifications of telling them they are ugly??? I think most people just say yes to avoid any further BS.. Men, mostly.

yes they are being truthful. The guys i know would NEVER lie about that stuff, cuz it hurts the girl MORE in the end if thewy lie.
