Would it be dangerous if I connected 2 electric diodes to my testicles and turned up the knob to 200 volts? The voltage is not that much. I have this device that they use at the chiropracters office.

evolutionary speaking - probably a great thing - i suspect the world is not ready for your genes to be passed on
if you must - try starting at the lowest voltage and turn up gradually - yeah video it - you might as well make some money to pay for your surgery!

I wouldn't put anything on my testicles but it is not going to kill you.. it may kill some sperm. If you do it let me know what happens. Or video tape your reaction and post it on the net, I will host it for you. I know that they did this on jackass and they seemed fine afterwards.
