like, having it outlined and full of color. I think it looks really cool. but the only editing programs i have is Photoimpressions 4 and paint!

I always have my pictures put on a disk by Kodak. When you put the disk in your computer, Kodak Easy Share will install. (After that, you will have the program and do not need to have the pictures put on the disk.) Within this program, you can edit the pictires in various ways, including making it look like a cartoon, or even a coloring book.

Corel Trace from Corel Graphics Suite 12 will make it nice and easy.
