Going from best friend to lovers is not done by appointment, it just evolves to the next level, it is a ride that the two of you should enjoy together. So just see each other and if your feeling are strong enough you will find the time and place to tell the other person of your feelings,Speaking of lovers and not just sex partners

It's easy! Wear a low cut blouse with no bra, and a short skirt with a thong underneath. Get him alone and give him a drink or two, then either rub up against him or bend over in front of him to pick up something you "dropped" if he goes for it, he's yours. If not, he's gay.
