Depends on if the rear struts have adjustable towers (top of strut) or adjustable lower control arms,or vertical strut rod, if no adjustments were moved, you shouldn't. Some struts have a elongated hole where it mounts to the rear wheel spindle, if so ,Yes. Most are fixed and other then bending things, not much you can do.

yes,your car is a uni-body with adjustments on all four wheels.changing the strut will alter the adjustments.you will need a four wheel alignment

just mark the old strut and put the new one on where the mark is.where you bolt up the strut,draw a line around ,where the bolts are and when you take off the old strut you will have a pattern where you put on the new one.
