I think Urkel, because before the fight he'd just go into that chamber thing that turned him into the cool guy, and then be all buff and beat Screech up no problem. But then maybe Lisa Turtle would step in on Screech's behalf, and it'd be all over... she was a tough chick.

I have to agree that if you're going for right now... Urkel... he looks like he bulked up a fair bit.... although they may just irritate each other to death... would that be a tie?
