From my personal expierence, avon makeup is pretty bad. It clogged my pores, made my face break out terribly, and the foundation choices didn't even come near light enough to match my fair skin.
If you're looking for good makeup, try almay or bare minerals. www.sephora.com sells good makeup.

The wrong colors. Even if it's made well, the wrong shades will make you look sick or dead. Head to a good counter and have the girl help you make sure you are getting the right family of colors. Also, don't be afraid to spend a little more for quality product. Decide which three to five items you must have and spend the extra cash to get really great stuff in the right colors for you.

Any kinds of makeups can do you harm, I guess as you mostly do not know what it is made from and what the result will be in the long run. Under some sophisticated names I have found blood from pigs and animal fat. When it is written that it contains just products from nature, it might be true, but who can guarantee that a product from nature is harmless. Some plants have developed toxins just to not be eaten up by animals. Some of those toxins can be found in human blood.

I never liked Cover Girl when I was a teenager. It seemed to always break my face out. Noxzema did the same thing. I think cover girl has that ingredient in it.

jordana its about the cheapest kind of makeup you could ever buy it is sold at dollar towns or dollar trees.

Any lip stick that comes off on your food, clothes and man. I get the colorstay ones that don't come off at all for hours.

dollar store makeup falls apart in three seconds. or used...cause u can get infection.
