"actually there has been a few recorded cases of male pregnancy and men giving birth twas the inspiration behind a movie starring arnold Schwarzenegger"
I disagree. The inspiration was that some women have delivered live babies which developed outside the womb; in the peritoneal cavity. In these cases, the placenta of the ectopic pregnancy embeds itself into the walls of various abdominal organs.
The situation is very dangerous. Commonly, ectopic conceptions end in massive haemorrhage, long before the foetus has any chance of surviving outside the mother's body. Her life is endangered, as the bleeding is huge, and sometimes is hard to diagnose, in time to save her life.
Anyhow, there has been speculation that an embryo from IVF could grow in a man's abdomen; clearly, a uterus is not an absolute requirement. I think no ethics board could condone such an attempt, as his life would be endangered if the pregnancy ended in haemorrhage preterm. [Well, it would be endangered anyhow, but it is extra yukky, if the baby dies too; the usual outcome!]
I suspect that a male's body would also be unable to suppress his immune system enough to avoid rejection of the foreign tissues of the conceptus. I am not sure, but I wonder if females are better able to do this complex immunological trick!
BTW, all these cases must be dealt with surgically; it is major abdominal surgery!

Simple biology, they do not have the correct parts! They don't have the ovaries that are needed to produce the eggs. They don't have the fallopian tubes to direct the eggs into the uterus. Also the egg becomes fertilized in the tube. They don't have the uterus...needed to hold and protect the baby until birth. They don't have the cervix which opens into the vagina (that they also don't have) for the baby to pass through during delivery. In short, men are sadly lacking when it comes to achieving a pregnancy.

Women have the egg cells and the parts to deal with that and the developing baby, men only have the sperm to fertilize the egg in the woman creating the baby.

The male doesn't have the proper "facilities" to sustain a fertilized embryo.
If you really need to know the specifics, then ask your Mother, Father or other Guardian.
Your Doctor would be another person to ask.

If you don't know the answer to that, you are too young to be asking! If Mom & Dad haven't told you yet, they'll cover it in school during Biology and Sex Ed classes.

You're joking, right? ummm...did you take biology?
They don't have eggs, a uterus...etc...etc...their hips aren't wide enough to pass a child...they have a penis.
you were joking, right?
If not, well...I would suggest looking online and maybe reading a biology book to better understand why.

They don't have a vagina or womb therefore a baby could not exist, its pretty easy to figure that one out.
