Insider trading. She got some information from someone about a company that she owned stock in and sold the stock ahead of some negative news on that company. It happens a lot, but she got caught. Funny thing, she only made (or saved)about $100,000.

I believe it was for perjury. I do not believe she was actually formally convicted for security fraud.
