I recently got a laptop, and all of my songs are on my other computer and on my ipod. I can't figure out how to get them onto my itunes library on my laptop. Anyone know how to?

There are online softwares that can help. The one I'm using is called iPod2PC. Most of the available softwares can be downloaded in a trial version. Hope this helps. If you have any other questions, e-mail me.

yes. you can conect the Ipod with the provided USB cord.

then open Itunes. there is an option on the menu bar that allows you to dump songs.

there is also a way to do it by selecting the folder you want to put them into in itunes, and copying the songs in.

many Itunes version will do this automatically when the Ipod is connected, if that option is turned on.

Copy The songs onto a memory stick, insert to the laptop, then copy the file and drag it onto the comp. Now go to file - add song to library. This will take a while, but if you want your precious songs on your other comp...

You can't transfer songs from the iPod to the computer. Only the other way around.

open itunes and connect your ipod, then highlight the songs from the ipod and drag them over to the My Library part, that should work

if your ipod is set to manual mode you can pick the songs up from the ipod icon and drop them into the library section I think.

The iPod only goes one way. You transfer to the iPod, but you can't do the other way around.

My son advised me that there is no way to do it. That they made it impossible to avoid copy right infringement.
