I am 6'1 and as you can guess my legs are really long and I would like to have some great jeans and a nice pair of black dress pants. Where can I find this.

You will have better luck trying shopping online. Places like GAP, Oldnavy, Express and New York and Company carry lots of LONG. LOOK for LONG. You will always have to try your clothes on so check the return policy.
I am tall too 6'0. Embrace the height and Step over the haters. good luck.
