Go into the start menu
then all programs
then accessories
then system tools
then system restore on the bottom.
Now when it loads up it will say two options restore my computer to a previous time or create system restore point choose which ever one is applicable to what you want to do.
if restoring click on restore my computer then a calender will appear then simply click on the date to restore too and on the right hand side a list of restore points will appear click on the point you want to restore to then a disclaimer screen will appear
click on restore and the computer will shut down windows then restore your files then restart your computer.
Hope this helps
