There's a couple of pseudo-Mexican places in Holland Village. The one we went to, Cha Cha Cha, wasn't bad. The place was small and cramped, so be prepared. Food was fresh. Click on the link below for a list of Mexican places in Singapore:

None. all aren't decent mexican food.
