look to another call center for a management level position. since you're a team lead now, it should be sufficient enough exp to be a manager level employee elsewhere. you can stay where you're at now and grind it out for another couple of years and maybe you'll get a promotion. I say, in that sort of work, jump to wherever the water seems shallow.
