Brushes and pencils produce different eye liner looks. Liquid eye liner applied with a brush will produce a finer, more intense and defined line for a more dramatic look. Pencils produce a thicker line and are better for smudging or blending for a more natural look. Because applying a fine line with a brush requires some skill, many people find pencils more user-friendly. Try Palladio Liquid Eyeliner, available in five shades or Palladio Herbal Eye Liner Pencil , available in nine shades.

the best advise i can give, as i also do have the experience!! I only buy Revlon's colourstay in black. the best part is, the pencil does have a small sharpener at the back and you can apply the eyeliner without any smudges. and it also looks very fresh and professional. as it is colourstay, it doesn't comes off!! and it is worth every cent and it last for a month or so...

Blacks and browns would both look very natural since theyd blend into your lashes...if you use pencils, definitely go for mechanical pencils....so you wont have to worry about sharping it and getting wood shavings in your eyes...if you dont want a bold or strong line...use eye shadows with a thin brush and run across the lash line

Covergirl pencil, it comes in black to a lighter shade of brown. Purple looks good on brown eyes too. The liner is cheap, it goes on smooth and it has a foam tip to clean and smooth out if you mess up, since I first got this two years ago I haven't used anything else.

It depends on what you're not allergic to. I find German makeup products the best for people who're sensitive to any other makeup. The makeup company Jordan is really good. And the color, I would say, depends on what season you are. If I had my makeup season papers with me, or had them period I'd figure it out for ya. But brown eyes I would say, browns, greens.
I've got hazel-green eyes and I'm between a spring/fall season. I wear mostly greens, pinks, blues, tans.

I personally love Lancome in the color Black Lapis. It goes on easy and goes with any eye color or complexion. You can get a thin line or go for the sexy smudged look. Just ask Ross Burton, Lancomes National Makeup Artist.

Have your friend or boyfriend punch you a couple times in the eyes. I find this a VERY natural way to have dark eyes. And it won't cost a dime.
