Probably not, consider the computer of 20 years ago. You might get lucky though and someone could have scanned that certain page of the Dundee Courier into their computer and has now put it up in a blog. Anythings possible, but rather doubtful.

Library is the best place....Most sites want to charge..And also the people are nice & friendly and will help you all they can ....you learn better way to look up exactly what you want and need from that area...hope this helps ..good luck with your searchl
