now it has random blueish purpleish spots on it. How to get them out? I read the "care" tag and it says do not bleach. So what do I do?

it probably just says not to bleach bc if u bleach things too much it will eat holes in the cloth. get a squirt bottle and spray the stains out if theyre just little spots. you mite want to test a little spot out first just to b sure nothing bad happens. but if its just jean i dont see what could go wrong. if its just 100% jean i would go ahead and just send it thru the wash again with just bleach and see if that helps. maybe wash it jus by itself and see if the spots come out. like i said, if its just white jean, bleach wont hurt it. maybe try oxy clean.
hope it helps!

DO not put it in the dryer. I hope you haven't already.
-- If it's a jean jacket - I assume that means denim - so you have a better chance -
try a small amount of bleach, -make sure the bleach is well mixed into the wash water before putting the garment in.
WASH IT SEPARATELY - in the washer by itself -

or try a spray-on commercial spot lifter, and wash it again.

the heat from a clothes dryer or an iron will set the dye - do not use, however, you will have best results with the hottest wash water the garment can stand.

Be careful not to set the color in, whatever you do. I would run it through the wash once or twice again with an old towel after I sprayed it down with 'shout' or some other stain remover.
If all else fails think on terms of dying the color to something else maybe. Good luck.

There si a dye remover you can buy, usually in grocery stores near the laundry departmentm or walmart. Called Dye ritz. Never soak clothes in bleach- it will eventually eat away the fabric!

I think you should still bleach it lightly, don't put too much, if that doesn't work I'm sure the dry cleaners can tell you how to get the stain out!

Yes, CLOROX will work for those colored stains. Just remember to double check the laundry next time.
