Well, the idea is that as Clark Kent, he made himself such a nebbish that she would not even consider him enough to study his face. Supposedly, he slouches to take about 3 inches off his height, he doesn't smile as much (being "mild mannered" and such), changes his voice, and wears clothes that accentuate that he is not muscle bound or even healthy.
Yeah she kissed him, but these are comics. I guess she doesn't think that someone close to her can be Superman, although in a lot of stories she tried to prove Clark was Superman, only to be foiled by his superpowers, robots, and basic trickiness. Think of all the crime Superman could have stopped if he didn't have to concentrate on having his identity revealed by this nosy witch.

Superman would never be a dork like Clark Kent. This is why Lois Lane does not recognize him. Of course, she is a dork too for not recognizing him. That's show biz.

I don't get it either. Why don't Batman's ladies ever recognize him with only half of his face covered? Or Spiderman's girl recognize his voice when he talks to her? It makes no sense!

Because it's a movie. anything could happen in a movie. there are flying cars in movies. there are flying monkeys in movies. How come the main character never dies in movies? becuase it's a movie. and that would ruin the story.
