All depends on if it is a gift or is it being self bought. If you are buying it then I suggest shoes. That is of course unless you have parents who will buy the shoes for you instead. Then I would pick jewelry. Jewelry never lasts because it will always have an emotional tie to it somehow that eventually you will not want to wear anymore. Shoes you always need no matter what.

Definitely shoes, shoes determine how well u wear that outfit and ain't nothing sexier than some heels. Jewels are to accessories but the shoes says it all. Beside does jewels show off how great your legs look...?
