Spider veins grow from “reticular” veins, also known as “feeder” veins. These feeders exist in a dense network spider veins provide a platform for the growth of additional spider veins. How to avoid vein problems 1. Don't get old 2. Don't have family members with vein problems. 3. Don't be born with weak vein valves 4. Avoid hormonal changes during puberty, pregnancy, and menopause. 5. Don'tTake birth control pills and other medicines containing estrogen and progesterone. 6. Don't get fat

make sure ur body weight is under control.....excessive weight can put pressure on ur veins. also try to wear elastic scock to help blood flow back upwards.try and lift ur legs upwards for atleast 10 min...to allow blood circulation. the valves in ur veins have weakened, so it cannot help in pushing impure blood upwards.make sure u dodn't get ulcers on ur veins.if u do then u better see a doctor. there is no permenant cure for veriscose veins problem.

Already diseased veins can be treated only with surgery or injections (sclerotherapy). But if you keep your blood circulation good, by working out, massage and wearing special pantyhose, you will avoid getting more.

You can't get rid of them without surgery. However, you can prevent more by wearing support pantyhose. You can get them at most pharmacies and many insurance companies will pay for at least the first pair.
