This may surprise you, but four weeks ago, I posted this question:
Who thought President Bush sounded a lot more articulate than PM Tony Blair at White House news conference?
The normally eloquent and persuasive Prime Minister seemed to lack focus in forming his thoughts. Sometimes, his rambling answers just seemed to run in circles. Was he distracted, jet lagged, or what? When is the next election? What are the chances that he will retain his position?

Bush may not be a great speaker, but he has the best interest of this country in his actions and policies. All you have to do is look around and see the many accomplishments over the past five years - who cares if he is not a great speaker. Clinton was a good speaker and look how he disgraced the country and the presidential office.

Doesn't know how to talk?! Sounds like you are listening with some preconcieved assumptions.
Half of your assumption is probably based on his southern accent. That makes me think of a Jeff Foxworthy joke.
"People hear me talk, they automatically want to deduct a hundred I.Q. points. Because apparently the Southern accent is not the world's most intelligent sounding accent. You know, and to be honest, none of us would want to hear our brain surgeon say, 'Aw right, now what we're going to do is, saw the top of your head off, root around in there with a stick and see if we can't find that dadburn clot.' It'd be like, 'No thanks, I'll just die, O.K.?'"
But he does stumble over his words & especially difficult names.
My favorite example of this is when Bush had the unfortunate task of announcing the new Vice-Chairman, Admiral Ed Giambastiani. Bush was trying to read Giambastiani's name and fumbled it at least three times before giving up and saying this:
"He shall be known as Admiral G. (Laughter.) Anyway, he's going to be the Vice Chairman. (Laughter.) "
But I think your attitude isn't from how he talks, but that you disagree with him. That's your right, but lets get into a debate on his policies, instead of "how he talks."
I support him, as my president, but disagree with many of his positions.

Well judging from the question I'll assume you supported a President who claimed not to know what constituted sex.

how did the Europeans support inbreeding and retards (no offense) as kings and queens?
But to be honest, the selection of presidents has dropped significantly since Ross

Because he has a plan of action that closely resembles mine on most key points. I have a question for you, how can Lib's support a party that openly admits they don't have a plan, cannot agree on a plan, and can only criticize?

You can't.
He does not know how to talk and he does not know how to think.
By the way, he is not a "President", he is a "Resident".
