that i made him say it by pissing him off. we haven't seen eachother in 4 days. He says i'm holding him back from getting things done, and from him spending time with his son. I really love this man should I just let him go, or try to make things right? He was very mean about it. When a few days ago he was so much in love with me too. what should I do? any suggestions?

Let him go if he wants you he will come back just don't wait to long he may be trying to figure out exactally what he wants so just chill for a couple of weeks.

I'm so sorry that you are hurt. If what you say is true about a few days ago, he may just need a few days to chill. When he calls and wants to tallk, I would listen carefully to what he is saying. People can get mean when they feel cornered. He may not feel cornered by you but by several different things. You want and need alone time with him but since he has a son, you need to include the son in some of the things you do together. It sounds like you were needing him and he was being unreasonable but it doesn't mean it is over. It means you both need better listening skills and much better communication skills. Give it a good chance. 2 years is a long time to throw away just because you were not relating well or at all that night. I'm reading a book called "Love Languages" and it is helping me how I ask my husband questions or even just how I present things to him. It is helping so much. We all respond differently and if we understand how the one we love feels love, it really helps. Buy the book and wait patiently. He'll be back.

I let my boyfreind go when i was 16 and I was pregnant with his child and 11 years later we got back together....the old saying is"If you love someone set them free, they will come back if it was ment to be" I totally believe this we have been back together for 3 1/2 years now and things are wonderful betweem us......If he loves you as much as you say he does he will be back let him cool off for a while and see what happens

There is much more to his story...digging into you the way he did proves it. He wants you to take the easy way out and say I hate you fine it's over. If that is what you want...I suspect there is a third player in your break up. You can beat on it girl but if he wants to go let him. You can't make someone want you in the long run.

Sounds like he's acting a bit immature. Don't even let on that his leaving bothers you, if you are aloof he'll come running back-I guarantee it. Stay strong, if by chance he doesn't come back - (which I doubt) he must be an idiot and life is way too short to spend with an idiot.

If you wasnt holding him back from anything, then i would say that he is only using that as an excuse to break up with you. Tell him that you wasnt holding him back cause he is his own person and if he wanted to be with his son, he wouldnt let a storm stop him.

Its sounds like he has anger problems. Pleaz just stay away from that. Its not write for him to take out his problems on u. Let him have his spays and realize what he could have had. Be a strong women not a dependent women.
