Depends on hereditary and age. Some women come from hairy families. Like my sister in law. Older women have a mustache because of menopause.

Have you ever really LOOKED at female faces up close?. Almost everyone of them has a hairy upper lip. Some are not noticeable because they are smart enough to get rid of it .

they do, it's just that the mustaches are not noticable as much as on males

Because they lack in the necessary male hormone that stimulates the growth of hair over all of the body. (also known as TESTOSTERONE).
In turn, males can't (in MOST cases) grow boobies, cause they lack in the necessary female hormone ESTROGEN.

Many of us do! We just shave or wax it. :) Actually, it is also because facial hair has to do with genetics and high levels of testosterone. Unfortunately, I'm one of many women with enough testosterone to grow a full beard....that's why I shave!

Females do but normally the hair isn't as obvious or if it is they remove the hair.

b/c our body chemistry is different then you guys. you have most of the testosterone, which is what it comes from. thank goodness! lol. although i like my guys clean shaven.
