No caffeine, gave it up a year ago. Not too stressful and when it is it's not everyday. I'm pretty laid back and can roll with the punches.

I in general eat the same thing, Lunch is usually chicken breast and raw veggies and yogurt and water.

possible allergy from the paint in your office to some one that sits or works close to you .. if it happens same time then something around you is probably causing it bad air condition filter
if you use computer it mite be from screen
or you are part of majority who hates work but manage

The headaches could be caused by stress if you work in a stressful environment. I have the same problem except my job is not stressful as you can see i am answering you while at work, and a personal trained told me to drink more water. Also if you drink caffeine,ex coffee in the am they you could be having caffeine withdrawal, try drinking alot of water. Have you changed your diet? If it continues you should consult a doctor to make sure there is nothing going on in the inside of your head that could be causing the headaches as well
