We may move to Sunnyvale area. Currently we're in Sacramento and we have to pay for our own water (ridiculous when we're renting) and our current electricity in summer is approx $50 SMUD and $50 PG&E in summer (or less).

As a renter are water & garbage paid by the rental company?
Who bills you for all energy costs is the only choice PG&E still?
What's the average summer electric bill?

Thanks.

I live in a condo and I don't pay for water. I have never had to at any place I ever lived.

My summer electric is around $30-$40. (I am in a 2 bdrm with a/c)

It depends on the tenant.
