NAS. You can understand what he is saying and he makes more sense! He uses complete sentences and uses (the majority of the time) real poetry formats. Jay-Z... What is he really saying? What are you talking about?

Illmatic was one of the best album ever recorded, however, I think in terms of rapping Jay Z might be better. It is very close though.

They are both good in their own way. I don't even think their music sounds alike. JayZ is good doing his thing his way and NAS is good at doing his thing. I really don't think there's any comparison. I think the question was just another way to try to keep the beef going, that's been squashed. No two people are alike, they are all good in their own way.
