I think Nevada is a good example or Prostitution done right.
I have toured Angel's Ladies, and as a woman they are very careful and take excellent care to prevent any disease or wrong doing. The girls have lots of restrictions to abide to while working in a house. If they violate the rules they get kicked out. Clients are screened and examined and if the girl doesn't feel right with a client she can say NO.
I am for it if it is regulated like Nevada.
An I totally agree with Chicago85thst ! It should never be a last resort for any woman!

Prostitution should be decriminalized, and taxed by the federal government.

A prostitute will not need to be educated in anything other than the art of seduction and sexual pleasure. We can have a whole new crop of high school drop outs who do no know how to read or write.

We then can have STDs spread more rampantly through our society infecting and killing more people yearly. A wife or husband can have the joy of knowing they were infected by their spouse because of legalized indiscretion.

Unwanted pregnancies can then be aborted at unprecented rates, most likely at tax payer expense.

Illegitimate children can be abandoned in the streets. These children can then be raised to fend for themselves choosing to steal, or murder.

Those prostitutes who are no longer able to support themselves because of old age, poor health, or disease can then commit suicide and their body left to decay in an alley way.

Yes, prostitution is a victimless crime.

I think prostitutes should be respected an instead of saying prostitution is wrong we should identify the faults in our society that drive women into a situation where prostitution is the only answer

My thoughts on prostitution. Prostitution has been around forever. You read of it being done over and over again through history. Woman say it is for the money. There is a lot of ways to make money, but there is one way to make more money when selling your self and counsence.

Women can give it away, so why not let them make some money with it. Some people say you spread AIDS that way well if so how has it spread in the US, I do not think all those people has a prostitute. When that is your business you want to say in business and take all necessary precautions.

well...look at it this way...marriage is a form of legal prostitution...as long as the man is bringing home the money to his wife then his wife will give up the sex to the man...i think all forms of prostitution should be legal so the workers can start a firm that provides health insurance

I guess I don't think it's as bad as it's made out to be. There are certain situations where I think it's wrong (like cheating on your spouse with a prostitute, etc) but other than things like that-what is so BAD about it?

I think it should be legalized and licensed. Mandatory health checks for all participants. Women have the right to decide what to do with their bodies so why can't men and women sell their sexual services? And let's face it...it's not going away no matter what laws are passed so why not make it safer for all and get some tax money out of it?

i think it should be legalize every where...it the oldest job in the world and even if isn't legalized it will keep existing cause men will always need a woman to satisfy them...and we all know...prostitution saved a lot of marriages...all we have to do is accept it..it's the normal thing

I honestly don't see a problem, its there choice, I hear its good money, and really there wouldn't be prostitutes unless some else needed one. As far as I am concerned as long as they keep themselves protected then ok.
