You can get midi files from the internet and inexpensive programs to translate the midi files into sheet music. In fact you can get free programs to do it, but they don't let you print. You can even play along with the music using the program. See link. Many popular tunes have been published as midi by people here and there. You have to do some digging with a search engine to find the free ones sometimes. You may also need to learn the program a bit so it just prints out the flute part, not the whole score.

It should be pretty easy to find popular music for flute since it is a "C" instrument. There are lots of really good fake books out there.
