A good concealer can help to cover your spots, this you apply directly on the spot and not all over your face like a foundation. Make sure when you choose a concealer you pick one a bit lighter than you skin, rather than one that's an exact match to your skin as this will tone down any redness. Another good treatment for spots is Eve Lom Dynaspot, put on your spot at night and it all dryed up by the morning.

you cant really cover them up without make up, but if you don't want the plastered on look try finding a good concealer that matches you skin tone and opt for a natural powder foundation. you wont even know you are wearing it. and if you get a good colour match nobody else will be able to tell either.

you mean freckles? You don't need to cover up those kinds of spots. Try bare essentuals make up. It is a light weight powder that goes on nicely. If you need to cover a spot, you can do it with the make up before you actually get ready to put it on your entire face. It is really easy and looks very natural.

I have a couple of pink spots on my face. I tried everything to cover, but finally found a winner. Cover girl Advanced Radiance age defying foundation. It works great and you don't need alot. Go to covergirl.com and they will send you a free sample, or it's about $10 a bottle at Wal-mart.

The best I've seen so far is from Dermablend, they have products for face and body and it covers everything from scaring to birthmark and even tattoo. Good luck

Try treating the cause of the spots, and wearing less make up (you'll probably find that some of your problem is caused by your make up anyway!)
