proactive doesn't work for me, but i've tried benzoil erithtromicine peroxide, which is the only one that works well, but it's been a while, that even that is not doing well anymore. does stress efeect?

Stress has a lot to do with acne. You should try to get more sleep (the needed 8-10 hours) and try not to get so stressed. Also drink enough water so that your skin has the necessary moisture. Try using some sort of non oil based moisturizing cream as well. Hmm....
Proactive was the only thing that has worked for me. Its not like in the infomercials but it made a big difference. If you still have it, use the mask thing, using the 3 steps two times a day and try to order the SPF 15 moisturiser too. It helps.

acne is from stress. but it can also be from dirt and stuff that gets in ur face. u need to 1 see a docter about a skin care, but also u need to relax and wash ur face good a few times a day. once the skin care works and u have no more zits, keep scrubing ur face, or else it may just come back!

Proactive doesn't work for me either. Maybe you should try accutane, but the only way to get this drug is to visit a dermatologist. If this doesn't work consider laser surgery. Goodluck

Stress does effect ur breakouts.Have u tried Clinique they have it at the mall.it works really well for me. :)
