the only way a vampire would be a 'king' is if he was one before being sired... otherwise they only take lordly titles like Master, Lord, or Count.... Master vampire is an old vamp with strong enough powers to command, a Lord Vampire, is usually more along the lines of "Lord of the Manner" which is sort of a head of house vampire... one who commands respect.... a Count is generally carried over from living life, or can sometimes be given to a vampire by thier flunkies.... now more like a 'Master of the City' would be what you'd think of a kingly title... they're the strongest and most powerful within a designated area... but the only way there are kings or princes, are either carried over from living, or become dubed them by their flunkies.

Whatever they want you to i guess! They have a whole army of blood suckers ready and poised and very happy to kill you in an instant!
Seriously though, i have never heard of a vampire king (and i used to have a serious obsession with vamps). There is the obvious Count (Dracula) but i have never come across a King.

John or maybe Bob.

Heck you can call them anything. Do you mean what kind of title would they have? Usually Count, it all depends upon which lore you're following.

In some more modern literature they would be considered a Prince (of a city), with other old style feudal titles underneath.
