I think it's cool! I'm a lacto-ovo-vegetarian, and I've tried being vegan several times, but it's so damned hard! You have to plan a lot, and planning is not my forte! I really love vegan fried chicken, though! YUM!!!

Eating meat is putting a hard ship on our planet. A truly vegetarian diet is much healthier. Less cancer and heart disease.
It takes a little planning but it can be done. A lot of germs are in meat. From Mad cow disease to botulism and poultry has all kinds of bad stuff. It has been proven a diet rich in fruit and vegetables and nuts and even some dairy products are really better for you. Being a vegetarian is smart. So stop being mean

I'm gonna give you a silly answer and then a serious one. Okay, here goes...

Mmmmmmm...taste like chicken.

I appreciate that animals deserve humane treatment and have certain rights. I prefer meat and animal products that are raised humanely. However, humans are omnivorous, and life eats life.

You cannot stop--nor should you stop--carnivores from doing their jobs. It's necessary for the health of the food chain. And I think that humans have a role in the food chain as well.

My general opinion is if you're doing it because you don't want to infringe on animal rights then you need to see a mental asylum. If you're doing it for health reasons (like one family I know), well, I still don't think it's the best idea but whatever floats your boat.

I think I'm tired of being treated like some kind of monster because I eat meat. I have no problem with them but they seem to think I do and attack me first.

To each their own, but I don't think it's an entirely healthy way to go.
