There is no problem at all with marriage to a second cousin. Some places even permit marriage between first cousins but that is less common.

I am married to my second cousin and it has never been better for us. we are both over the 40's and not going to have any kids. for one reason i can't have kids now.
We support each other very much and we share all of the bills and the other household expenses in living together.
I agree that with states it is not legal so that why we are common law married for now and may make it legal sometime in the future.

UK: There is no criminal offense in relation to any cousins marrying. You used to have to get permission in Ireland from the Bishop to marry a first cousin..............

It's not wrong, depending on factors. But it's wrong to marry a full cousin.
