My co-worker and I are having a disagreement, she says that the most disgusting thing in the world is my dog eating poop out of the kitty litter. I say it is my co-worker's smelly feet.

I think the most disgusting thing in hte world is when someone spits in your face (ON PURPOSE!)
To answer your question your co-worker's smelly feet becuase your co-worker has bad hygene if he/she comes to work smelly!
(it would be ok to come to work with smelly feet if you worked on a garbage truck!)
