Imagination at work. Instantly moving yourself from one spot to another, either nearby or far away, by either just thinking about it in your mind, or using a machine.

For all intents and purposes it is the instantaneous transfer of energy and matter from one place to another via a conduit. In the mechanical process an object or being is reduced to it's smallest form, energy, transported by a communications link to another site, and restored to it's former state. People reputed to be 'Teleporters' are believed, by some, to mentally open ports (doors) that open into another part of the world, bypassing the space in between. Others believe that they travel by passing through one port, into and through another plane, to and out the other port, to arrive at their destination; apparently the plane through which they pass does not obey the laws of time as we know it. So far teleporting is still fiction (see Star Trek or The X-Men's Nightcrawler). In the future...who knows?

This is a type of transportation of matter from one place to another without using any sort of vehicles. During this teletransportation, matter will be disintegrated into atoms at the place of origin , transporting them at the speed of light and then recombine them into the original matter at the desired position. In case of creatures this would be resurrection from nothingness. Until now this process exists in theory and scientists trying to get this in reality.
There are several science fiction movies made on this theory.
