how do you enter to be in miss england and go on to miss world?

next year my work mate wishes to apply to help promote the charities we work for, but we are unaware how to apply, what the restrictions are and where you apply. most websites we went on didn't give enough info. please help.

Rules
All contestants must suit the following criteria to qualify;
1. You must be at least 17 years of age and no more than 24 years of age on the 31st December 2006.

2. You must not be married , nor had a child.

3. There must be nothing in your background that could bring the contest or its sponsors into disripute.

4. Must not have posed nude or topless for a professional photographer.

5. Must be a resident in England and a British Citizen.

6. All contestants must aim to find their own sponsor for the contest
