I hate my bulgy calves....
I hate my bulgy shoulders & back....
I dont excersice much but I think maybe I eat too much meat/protein.

I wanna look healthy & glowy but I also wanna be a stick, like an elf or something, help me!!!

Hi Tim:

I'm not much into excercising. Just don't like it. I found something called Thyrosense that activates an under active thyroid gland (in case you are overweight) and adds the right amount of hormones to the body that burns calories during a normal day of activity; add 8 glasses of water to this and you should start shedding the extra weight. Oh yes, stay away from the junk food, and you should be o.k.

eating protein won't necessarly "create" bulgy muscles. if you work out, do high repetitions of low weights. Using high weights will only build muscle. Genetics has a lot to do with body composition and musculature. You may not be able to actually LOSE muslce as it were, but you can streamline and tone what you do have as much as is possible.

Eat less food and exercise more. Your body will not get what it needs from the food so it will start to cannibalize some of the muscle, thus you will shrink back.

Why hate anything God Gave you. Are you wanting to be built like a woman? ( This is not ment to be offensive) Try pilates and even arobics. Dont know what else but most men like their muscles...... God Bless...
