I'm having quite a problem with losing weight...i weigh 140, and All I have lost was maybe three pounds..i now weigh 137..not much of a diffrence..I can't seem to get the fat of of my tighs..it's making me angry..anything to offer..?

Try some weight training, along with an aerobics program. Also check out Pilates and/or yoga.

Simple answer. Consume less calories and burn more. Eat foods higher in protien but lower in starch and fat to build the muscles needed to burn fat. Bulky low calorie food like carrots and lettuce will help for a snack, but no dressing. Your largest muscles burn more calories, using them all together burns the most. Swimming however does not remove any fat from your body, something about bouyancy... Walk instead of driving to the corner store. Take the stairs instead of using the elevator. Have sex as often as possible, preferably with dirty skater types. If none of that works there is always meth.

Detox program for a week, cleanse the system and toxins, prepares the body for a weight loss program. Small meals like 4 a day, cut down on fats anf carbo but more on protein, have more veg for fibre.

exercise once a day for 30 minutes and at least 3 days out of the week should be cardio.... also eat right with proper portions

detox, drink lots of water, small portions and do cardio :) best cardio is swimming :)
