$500 a month, that's it. Utilities are included, my new central air is included, and use of the washer and dryer down the hall is included. Oh, and I have a H U G E 2 bedroom with a computer room, 2 walkin closets, a ginormous kitchen and living room, and freedom to alter the place however I choose. I live in a tiny village in NW OH where we celebrate apples in the fall. Hope that helps!

I'm in Ohio and I have a 1 bedroom, 1 full bath for $460 per month. That includes all utilities except electric (which is only about $15 more). I'm in a college town with one of the more expensive landlords, so please consider that, too.

I pay under $500/mo for a 2bedroom apartment in Parkville, Missouri. You can get it in the mid $300s in other parts of missouri such as Jefferson City.

Hatteras Island, NC $1350 2BR, 2BA, you pay all utilities. Those are the apartments next to my work. Luckily, my job paid for my beautiful apartment and I live there rent free. Beautiful!
