Do you think a 13 year old sould be able 2 go out at 11 at night? (a kids dance club)

I would make them present me with a compelling presentation why. If it's convincing then yes, but it can only be occasionally.

hell no!!!!! your too f*ckin young...why dont you stay home and work on your finger paintings or some other type of homework..
