It was not in the Dow Industrials, but it was in the Dow Utilities Average. See the quote below from Forbes:

The DJU would be declining if Enron were not in the average, albeit not as much. Secondly, Enron is (was) a major utility and it is failing, so why dismiss it? Generally, these advisers believe that the advent of financial derivatives has not altered the DJU's historic role.

No, the dow consists of only 30 companies.

It was apart of the S&P 500, which is the 500 largest companies.
